Life Skills - Mental Health and Wellness

Thank you to the CSULB students Sam, Alyanna, and Devin for your time and excellent presentation of our Life Skills - Mental Health & Wellness class last week! Concepts presented included mindfulness focus, meditation, gratefulness, therapy through art, self-esteem, confidence, and methods to stop depressive thoughts. Students were engaged, gained insight and learned many strategies to take personal responsibility for their wellbeing. Thank you, also, to Sue and SuAnne White for providing a tasty dinner and dessert!

Robyne’s Nest Life Skills classes provide another missing piece in most of our students' lives, and are crucial for these teens to progress on their paths towards self sufficiency. PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING to our Help Them Home fundraiser Wednesday, and be part of the solution for these vulnerable teens!
