Therapy Dogs - The Good Shepards
Last week our students enjoyed a visit from The Good Shepards therapy dogs at our Robyne’s Landing home, taking a little time to relax and recharge before spring break.
Isabella Shepard shared a heartfelt fireside chat about her journey and the challenges she overcame, which ultimately led to the creation of The Good Shephards Inc and the TGS Foundation. The evening was a great success—filled with meaningful conversations and plenty of cuddle time with Elvis, Willie, Teddy, Benson, and Pippa.
The Good Shephards' therapy dogs play an important role in supporting students by helping them manage stress and anxiety, build social skills, and find comfort during difficult times. Their presence highlights the powerful impact therapy animals can have in both therapeutic and educational settings—offering emotional support and aiding in personal growth and healing.
