Through our partnership with Rachel McIntyre of Amplify Greatness Careers, we offer engaging workshops that help students discover their strengths, build confidence, and successfully navigate their college and career journey.

Rooted in real-world recruiting experience — including leadership roles at Boeing, Andreessen Horowitz, Electronic Arts, and Cisco Systems — and delivered through her signature GRAIL© storytelling method, Rachel equips young adults with the tools, language, and confidence to build authentic personal brands, navigate the job market, and advocate for themselves. She is excited to bring her expertise and heart to the Robyne's Nest community.

Rachel delivers an engaging, compelling presentation that offers students a fresh, empowering perspective on resumes, interviews, college preparation, and career readiness.
